Sushi Class in June
On upcoming Sunday, we will host another sushi class.
This time, it is little different and upgraded in experience.
NOT Introductory class of learning how to make rolls for beginners this time like the ones in the past.
Instead, it'll be more "fun-watching" and "exciting" performance involved.
Yoshi Tanaka, the kitchen manager will fix a "whole" fresh fish (white fish) in front of you. Yes, you will see the fish with head on! You can try it raw as Sashimi!!
Also, our head Sushi chef, Jimmie will shows how to make our signature roll "Matsui 55."
After the class, we will sample out "Torrontes" wine, which is dry white and well paired with seafood/sushi. You can enjoy the fresh sashimi, the roll you made, and the wine in a relaxed mood.
Reservations ONLY.
Date: June 23rd, Sunday
Time: 3:30pm - 5 pm
Price: $35 plus tax per person (including a sushi kit)
It is an introduction class to those who are interested in learning how to make rolls.
